Over 20 years of experience in European Portuguese translation, localisation and cultural consultancy.
I'm Ana Catarina Lopes, a senior English-to-European Portuguese translator, transcreator and cultural consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience.
Since 2005, I have helped international brands, agencies and language service providers communicate effectively in Portugal as European Portuguese Language Lead, QA coordinator and trusted linguist for long-term localisation programmes.
I specialise in marketing, pharmaceutical and healthcare content, combining linguistic precision with deep knowledge of the Portuguese market and culture. I hold a degree in Languages and Translation and I'm a member of APTRAD and MET.
